We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition and promote our financial products. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential investors, educating them on the benefits of Mutual Funds (SIPs and Lumpsum), and onboarding them as clients.

Your leads will be consultant by our experts of AMFI Registered and licensed MFDs, your job is to bring clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients (individuals, families, small business owners) to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
Client Acquisition: explain the importance of financial planning and pitch suitable Mutual Fund schemes (SIPs/Lumpsum) based on client needs.
Onboarding: Assist clients with the KYC process and documentation required to open their investment accounts.
Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Market Outreach: Participate in local marketing activities or digital outreach to increase brand visibility for Arima Capital.
Reporting: Maintain a simple weekly log of calls made, meetings held, and business closed.
Communication Skills: You are confident, soft-spoken, and able to explain complex financial concepts in simple language (Hindi/English).
Interest in Finance: You have a basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and the Indian stock market (or a strong willingness to learn).
Self-Starter: You are disciplined and can work with minimal supervision to meet monthly targets.
Education: Undergraduates (BBA/B.Com/MBA) or graduates preferred.
Hybrid mode: Work at your own pace; ideal for balancing with studies or other commitments.

Targets
For Probation period
Monthly target is 4 Lakh in SIP.
If failure to do so will result in immediate termination of our contract.
For PERMANENT period
Monthly target is 2 Lakh in SIP.
If failure to do so continually for 3 months will result in immediate termination of our contract.
